Guest Designer Ashli Oliver

Happy day after Easter everyone!  I hope you all enjoyed a great holiday weekend!  We are kicking off this week, by sharing a gorgeous layout from a very talented Guest Designer!  Please welcome Ashli Oliver on the Blog today!  Ashli's layouts are so fresh and look effortless, but completely stunning!  I love the way she incorporates Mixed Media and soft colors into her work.  Ashli and I currently serve on the A Flair for Buttons Design Team, and she always blows me away with her use of the Flair Buttons on her beautiful layouts!  Before we check out her work today, let's get to know a little bit more about Ashli!

Ashli Oliver (aka soapHOUSEmama) is a recovering graphic designer, a homeschooling mother, wife, daughter, coffee addict, knitter and gardener with an extreme passion for mixed media paper crafting and memory keeping. After a dear friend introduced Ashli to paper crafting, in 2011, she has been creating daily ever since! Ashli finds great joy in both the creative process and the final piece.

The cloud from the I Heart String Art cut file set, works perfectly with the theme of Ashli's layout.  I love the way she backed it with a cloud patterned paper (so whimsical) and added the tiny wood veneer stars.  And the small touches of color she used, really bring out the colors in her photo and make it the focal point of the layout!
