I started by cutting the design as it is and backed it with patterned paper. I loved the green so much, I decided to trim the top and bottom of the background paper a little to show more of it. I then cut each letter out of white cardstock first, and different patterned papers next. I love the offset look and the white cardstock just helps create more definition and separation from the background. I adhered everything down with foam dots.
Once I had all the letters in place, I arranged the photos on opposite corners of the page and created several layers with stickers and die-cuts from the collection.
I placed a chipboard heart on each of the flowers, and decorated the page with butterflies, a cute little bird, and a dragonfly. To finish off the layout I added enamel dots, which I also used to create a trail for the butterflies.
I love how this page turned out. You can find the Hello Spring cut file in The Cut Shoppe Etsy shop.
Thank you for stopping by. Have a lovely day!
