Guest Designer | Adrienne Alvis

We have a new Guest Designer sharing with us today!  Let's welcome Adrienne Alvis!  Adrienne is one of my fellow Hip Kit Club designers and her work is always so beautiful.  I couldn't resist asking her to create a layout for us.  Before we see Adrienne's gorgeous layout, let's get to know a little bit more about her!

Hello! My name is Adrienne Alvis and I was born and raised in Southern Illinois and grew up around my family’s farm.  My mother was always sewing, making crafts, and taking craft classes, but I didn’t discover my crafty side until after I had my youngest son, about 8 years ago.  I started creating traditional layouts, but soon found a love for making cards, mini albums, home decor projects, and most recently, pocket page scrapbooking.  I am currently designing for Freckled Fawn, Hip Kit Club, and Pinkfresh Studio and have been on many other design teams over the past few of years.  I’ve been married to my husband for almost 10 years now and we have three beautiful and spirited kiddos, Garrison (13), Jubal (8), and Avery (6). Of course, my children are my main source of scrappy subject matter and I love how documenting their every move and milestone helps satisfy my creative urges.  Other than paper crafting I like to read, run, watch movies in bed, listen to music, and travel.  You can see more of my work on my blog or follow me on FacebookPinterest, and I'm a also a huge Instagram fan. I’m so excited to be a guest here at the Cut Shoppe and I hope I've given you a little holiday inspiration with my layout!

Let's take a look at Adrienne's layout using

WOW!  What a fun idea!  We love the way Adrienne used the Totally Triangles background cut file and turned it into Christmas trees for her layout.  So creative!  Thanks so much for sharing your amazing work with us Adrienne!  You can find more of Adrienne's work and her Social Media links by visiting her Blog, Paper Fab!
