Hello everyone! Magda here! I`m back today with a new layout. This time I used: the Buddy the Elf cut file and the Say Cheese cut file. Hope you will like it! :) On the picture - my daughters during a dressing our Christmas tree - they had lots of fun!

Jingle Bells

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!

The weather outside is frightful. Baby, it's cold outside!  But, inside my scrap room the stars are brightly shining, and all is merry and bright.  I've been busy scrapping about our love of Christmas music.

I used the 'Jingle Bells' from the Make it Merry set to make a negative in my background.  I also took just the J for the music notes and I mirrored one to get it going the opposite way.

Ding dong merrily on high!

I used the Buddy the Elf set for the word favourite, but since I'm a Canucklehead of a Canadian, I had to add that U, so I just duplicated the O and trimmed the top off of it ;)  I also welded the word together so that it would be easier to handle on the page.  I tend to move things around... a LOT.

Santa! I Know Him!

Hey friends! 

Are you ready for all things December? I'll start you off right on this last day of November! It's here whether we are ready or not. So, I chose this past week to get out a few old Christmas photos from when my boys were little to put me in the Christmas spirit. Apparently, growing up is something that must happen and I'm not ready for that either!

You should check out all of the new and beautiful cut files Ashley has created for the shop! Some of my favorites are based on that very famous movie about Buddy the Elf!

 I combined the Buddy The Elf Cut File and the Seasons Greeting's Cut File and this super cute Oh Deer! Collection from Fancy Pants Designs to make my layout! 

 

Here's a little close up to the detail of the number file I used.

I love how I could have used both the positive and the number negatives from this file AND I love circles so it's a win win!

The Best Way To Spread Christmas Cheer Is Singing Loud For All To Hear

Hi everyone, it's Danielle here with you. Last week some real fun Holidays cut files were added to the store and I immediately fell in love with the Buddy the Elf set. That movie is one of my favorite Christmas movies and I love that some quotes from it are available in cut files now.

For the background of my layout I used an older cut file, Counting Stars, that wasn't designed for the Holidays actually but I think it is perfect to use for Christmas layouts. I sprayed the stars with Heidi Swapp's Tinsel color Shine to make it shine and sparkle. All papers and the chipboard frame are from the My Mind's Eye Sleigh Bells Ring collection and I added embellishments from Pink Paislee Merry & Bright and Elle's Studio Good Cheer.

I Just Like to Smile, Smiling's My Favorite

Hi everyone!  It seems like we are all getting in the Christmas spirit a little bit earlier this year!  I think it's because Thanksgiving is later in the month, so we want to squeeze in all of the Christmas that we can!  And The Cut Shoppe is here, to bring you some Christmas cheer today!  All of the new sets in the Shop today, are Christmas and Winter themed.  And there will be more Christmas cut file sets, throughout the end of November and in to December, plus some other fun things coming your way!

I wanted to create a fun layout for today's reveal, using the Buddy the Elf cut file set.  We watch Elf several, several times during the Christmas season and it's a family favorite.  So I thought, why not add Buddy to our scrapbook album too!

There are so many awesome quotable moments from Elf, and I couldn't choose just one for my layout.  So I decided to use three of the cut files from the set, to use on my page.  I added some stitching and embellishing around the cut files, to add some interest and texture.
