We've got an amazing new Guest Designer joining us today! Let's welcome Michelle Wedertz! Michelle's layouts are always so eye-catching and I love the way she mixes patterned papers...and the addition of cut files on her layouts! She has a great style, and I always love the 8.5x11 designs that she creates! The layout Michelle is sharing with us today is adorable, but before we take a look at it, let's get to know a little more about Michelle.
Hello! I’m Michelle Wedertz and I am so excited to be guesting here at
The Cut Shoppe. I am a happy mom of three, a wife, a lover of books and
coffee, and a scrapbooker. I live in a small town in the foothills of
the Sierra Nevadas in California. Besides scrapping and reading I love
going on little adventures with my family, taking pictures, visiting
the beach, and taking walks with my dog Rincon.
Here is Michelle's layout, using the La La La Love You title cut file!
Seriously cute! I love the way Michelle added the title to the White space in the center of the layout! And the Pink patterned paper really pops against the White background. And she did a great job guiding your eye along the layout, by placing her photos at the top of the page, the large title in the center and by adding a cute embellishment cluster at the bottom corner of the page!
Thanks so much Michelle for sharing your work with us today! You can find more of Michelle's work on her Blog Paper & Print, and keep up with her Social Media links!

Before I share what Stephanie created for today's post, let's get to know a little bit more about here!
Hi everyone! I'm Stephanie Buice, and I live in AL with my hubby and our sweet 2 year old son. I love to scrap and document our everyday, and I'm so blessed to get to design for some of my favorite companies. Thank you so much for having me as a guest! You can always find my work on Instagram and on my Blog.
Stephanie created this beautiful layout, using the Pie Hearts cut file and the La La La Love You cut file.
I love the eye-catching look Stephanie created by using a White background for her layout and adding pops of color by backing the hearts from the Pie Hearts cut file. And the La La La Love You phrase made a perfect title to go along with the sweet photo on her layout!
Thanks so much Stephanie, for sharing your beautiful work with us! You can find more of Stephanie's work by visiting her Blog, My Bits of Sunshine.

La La Love You
Hi Everyone,
Gina here today to share a layout that I recently made using a couple of awesome files from The Cut Shoppe. When I saw this beautiful heart background, I knew right away that I just had to use it on a layout.
I added watercolor paints behind a couple of hearts and added the title to the right hand side of the layout. While adding black spray mist to my layout, I accidentally dropped the bottle. Oops. But I kind of fell in love with the large blot of ink that it left behind, so I left it in. After all, art is supposed to be subjective right?
Here are the background files that I used:
Cross My Heart Background
Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you enjoyed my layout. If you create a layout using The Cut Shoppe cut files, we would love to see them. Be sure to share your projects with us by linking them up on our Facebook page. We have a fun team up scheduled tomorrow with Clique Kits, be sure to stop by the The Cut Shoppe blog (starting at 10 am CST or 8 am PST) for your chance to win a $15 gift certificate to the shop!

You make me happy when skies are grey
Hi everyone, it's Danielle here with you today! For my layout I used the new Borderlines Too cut file, went for that awesome swirl border and created my background with it. With the La la la love you cut file I made the title of my layout.

La La La Love You Layout
Happy day friends! It's Lee-Anne here and today I am sharing a layout I created for The Cut Shoppe.
I had a lot of fun creating this layout of my daughter and used two cut files from The Cut Shoppe. For the background, I cut out the design on white card stock and used the negative piece and backed it with papers from The Simple Stories Homespun Collection. I also cut the title on black card stock and backed it onto some patterned paper to make it stand out against the busy background paper. Finally, I fussy cut some flowers and added some stickers and enamel hearts.
I used the La La La Love You Cut File from The Cut Shoppe
and also the Lots Of Love 12 X12 Cut File from The Cut Shoppe
There are many, many more designs in the store so be sure to check them all out here.
Thanks for stopping by and have a creative day! Hugs and Smiles.

La La La LOVE You
Hi everyone, happy Monday!
I'm super excited to share my first official Cut Shoppe LO with you today! It took me a while to decide what cut file to use, there are just so many amazing designs to choose from!
After deciding to use a lovely photo of my two girls, it was natural to choose the You Gotta Have Heart file and the La La La LOVE You file.
First, I made the You Gotta Have Heart file a little smaller and used it as a mask, with modelling paste. Three of the cut out hearts was then used as ebellishments.
I cut the La La La LOVE You file on patterned paper rather than cardstock, because I wanted the title to "pop" on the page, and I think it worked a charm!
I hope you make your way to the SHOP today, enjoy!
