BFF

Hi everyone! I'm sad to say it's my last project for The Cut Shoppe. But all good things must come to an end they say!

The LO I'm sharing today features not only one but TWO of The Cut Shoppe DT members; me and Michelle Whorwood. Be have been besties for a few years now, and a couple of years back we realised we are crazily synced. I pick up the phone to text her, and boom - she texts me at the same time. Sometime about the same thing! Freaky, but cool! So the expression "like peas & carrots" has been mentioned many, many times when it comes to our friendship!

Therefore - the printable "The Love Notes" was perfect for this LO of me and Michelle together.

And for my title, I used the new, AMAZING alphabet "All Tied Up". Don't you LOVE it??

Thanks for stopping by today, and thanks to Ashley for having me on this amazing team!

Words to live by

Hi everyone!

Are you a hashtag user? It's the new "in thing" isn't it. I have to admit I love them, and use them on my instagram, my Facebook and even when texting my BFF :)

On this LO I loved using some Heidi Swapp circle embellishments, and the words on them felt like some typical "hashtag" expressions. Of course there is a perfect title for my LO, in the shop!

I have used the "Happy Hashtag" cut file for this.

Also, as you can see, I used the fantastic cut file "Hip2BSquare". I love how bold and dramatic it is, but at the same time it blends in perfectly with my other paper squares.

Thanks for stopping by today, have a happy, scrappy Saturday!

Hi die-cut fans!

Today I'm sharing a LO where I've used three different cut files.

Using texture paste is something I LOVE to do, and on this LO I used the new fabulous file "The Optical Illusion" as a mask. I cut it down to a smaller size to suit my page.

For my title & the "go fight win" circle I used the "Game On" cut file. That set is so much fun and perfect for all those sport LO's!

The "go" circle is from the "Driver's Ed" set, it worked just fine with this LO too!

Thanks for stopping by today, happy scrapping!

You're the one

Hi everyone!

Today I'm sharing a rare LO featuring my husband. :)

I have wanted to use the "A Walk in the Clouds" file since Ashley first shared it. I LOVE this design! My fellow DT members have used it perfectly so I wanted to show you a different way to use it - cut up :) Yes it might feel a bit strange to cut up such a perfect file, but be brave! You can then use the clouds on several projects :)

I have also used part of a title from the "So in Love" cut file. I outlined it to make it stand out more against the patterened papers and the photo!

Thanks for stopping by today, please let us know when YOU have created with any of the cut files!!

Book Nerd

Hi everyone, Annelie here with a new LO to share!

I've wanted to scrap this photo of my book crazy girl, and the cut file "The Page Turner" had the perfect title for my LO; BOOK NERD!

True to my addiction, I did use a cut file as a stencil first though, using modelling paste I used the very cool file "The Plus Infinity", but I cut it out in 8.5x11".

Last but not least, I used the gorgeous heart border cut from "The Borderline Too" on my page.

What cut files are you using lately? And how?

Thanks for stopping by today!

B U tiful

I instantly fell in love with the "Alphabet Soup" file when Ashley shared it with us in the DT. My cameo sang happily as I was cutting it out, and I LOVED working with it on the LO below.

I painted my cardstock with gelatos and water before adding the cut file. On the "b" and the "u" I used Heidi Swapp colour shine and water to make them stand out and make my title. I did the same on my "hey" speech bubble from "The Small Talk" cut file.

Thanks for checking in today, hope you found some inspiration!

SEVEN

Hi!

Today I'd like to share a LO that I put a lot of love in :) I used the fabulous "Pie Hearts", only I made one heart REALLY big :) Then, as you can see I used a few different patterned papers to fill it up, did some sewing and went on putting a few embellishments on.

I LOVE this cut file, and can see myself using it a lot in the future.

Hope you found some inspiration here today, and don't forget to stop by the shop today!

La La La LOVE You

Hi everyone, happy Monday!
I'm super excited to share my first official Cut Shoppe LO with you today! It took me a while to decide what cut file to use, there are just so many amazing designs to choose from!
After deciding to use a lovely photo of my two girls, it was natural to choose the You Gotta Have Heart file and the La La La LOVE You file.
First, I made the You Gotta Have Heart file a little smaller and used it as a mask, with modelling paste. Three of the cut out hearts was then used as ebellishments.

I cut the La La La LOVE You file on patterned paper rather than cardstock, because I wanted the title to "pop" on the page, and I think it worked a charm!

I hope you make your way to the SHOP today, enjoy!
