Hey friends! Kelly here with a new layout using the And Love Cut File.

I actually used my Cricut to cut this cut file out of cork. There is a cork setting under the Custom option. It cut perfectly! I didn't have any issues at all!

After the large ampersand was cut, I positioned it on a yellow patterned paper and added a lot of summer themed embellishments to go along with my photo of freshly picked strawberries! This photo just screams summer and I can't wait for the warm weather to return!

Hello Amazing Crafty Life

Wendy here today playing with some fun cut files from the Cut Shoppe!  Today I chose to use the files, And Love and A Way With Words to document my love of planning and being crafty.

My design began with the And Love cut file which I cut from white cardstock and backed with some pretty pink floral paper to match me.

  A few details added with some ephemera, chipboard, and fussy cutting added a few layers to the cut file.

I also cut my title from white cardstock, but to add some pop of color I layered the cut using the dark brown paper also.  

And another glance at some fun details I added to the layout to give it interest.

You & Me

Hello, Laura with you today. I am using the super fun giant ampersand, from And Love, and I just love the statement it makes. You AND me. I am better with you. We are a force of one. And. Since I'm all about the statement, I cut it out rather large to become the centerpiece of my layout. I love how the hearts from Spring Fling go so seamlessly with the hearts in the ampersand. I used 2 of the 3 rows for a little banner to bring balance to page. Finally, the Open Letter Alpha was the perfect alpha to cut the rest of my title from because I could tailor the background paper to reflect the individuals represented.

& Awesome He Took My Crate

So, I have a bit of a sarcastic side and I like funny titles for layouts!  It's Katrina from Paper, Scissors and Glue here today on the blog.

When I saw the "And Love" cut file, I wasn't sure what I would do with it.  Then I found a perfect picture for a sarcastic title!!!

And Love

I first created the file with the yellow paper and then just could not make it work with any papers that I wanted to use for my background.  So then I decided to create an offset.  My original plan was to just back the yellow cut, but I had placed the two cuts down while looking for something and liked they way they looked just like this!

And well, all good layouts from me have to have a doily!  I just added a few embellishments above my photo and called my layout done.  This is what I would consider a clean and simple layout...well for me!

The Sweet Life

Hello! Jennifer here today to share a layout I created using two of the new cut files available in The Cut Shoppe on Etsy!  Ampersands are so "in" right now and the "And Love" cut file is so adorable! I love the added heart shapes!

I used white cardstock for my cut file as well as backed it against patterned paper. I still love the white on white look!  

Also new in the shop is the "A Way With Words" cut file! You have 13 words to choose from! Again, I used white cardstock to cut my words and then misted with a light blue spray ink.  

I also added smaller embellishments such as enamel dots, brads, and stickers!

And Love Cut File

I used the And Love cut file and 

Pinkfresh Studios Felicity to create this layout.

It just amazes me when a collection works so well for you. I normally tend to mix and match companies and collections, but man PinkfreshStudio just nailed it with the Felicity collection.

I cut the giant ampersand from a 12x12 piece of paper from the Felicity collection. I was so torn on what side I should use, the bright pink or the cute little hearts on the backside.

Well obviously I went with the pink, but managed to scrap a small piece of the hearts and included it in my layout.

I used the stripe piece from the 6x6 paper pack and some of the cardstock die cuts to layer my photo.

And don’t forget the AWESOME puffy sequinstickers and color block wood veneer!

Hello!  It's time for me to stop in and share a new layout and a few new cut file designs!  This week I incorporated four cut files from The Cut Shoppe into my layout...two of the new designs and two of our older designs.  I picked up some of the On Trend 2 collection from My Mind's Eye and used it with the new And Love cut file and the A Way with Words cut file!

I loved the bright, striped paper in the MME collection, so I started by cutting the And Love ampersand from it.  Then I used the rest of the paper on opposite corners of the page.  I layered my photo, title and some of the MME embellishments over the ampersand.  

I really liked the look of the bright colors from the On Trend 2 collection contrasting with the White cardstock on the layout.  I thought it would be a good idea to use two other cut files cut from the same White cardstock, to add a tone on tone look.  I cut leaves from the Funky Florals cut file and tucked them behind some of the MME embelishments.  I also cut heart borders from the Spring Fling cut file set and adhered them along the diagonal stripes.
