FREEBIE FRIYAY APRIL | Picture This

For scrapbookers, our photos are the most important part of our projects, so what could be better for April's Freebie Friyay Cut File, than a frame design!!  You can download the FREE Picture This Cut File for April, HERE.  It will also be added to The Cut Shoppe store on April 10th (and will still be FREE).  I have a layout and a new Process Video to go along with it, showing how I used the Cut File.

I used the new Happiness collection from Cocoa Vanilla Studio.  I love the way the colors from the collection look with the light Pink card stock that I used to cut the Picture This Cut File.
